About the role
Responsibilities
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that drives high-quality leads and supports Revv’s growth objectives
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, email marketing, webinars, and events
- Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing programs to convert leads into sales opportunities
- ABM: Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with overall go-to-market strategy
- Team Building: As the company grows, recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team
Requirements
- Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in demand generation, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth startup
- Hands-On Expertise: Proven experience in building and executing demand generation programs from the ground up
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Growth Focus: Experience driving significant revenue growth through effective demand generation strategies
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Leadership: Ability to lead by example, with a hands-on approach to building and scaling the demand generation function
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Equity
