Position Overview

Join Revv as our first-ever Product Data Specialist (PDS) and be a driving force in shaping the future of our platform! Reporting directly to the Head of Customer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring platform accuracy through stress testing, refining core logic, and validating our internal tools to uphold industry-leading standards. You'll stay ahead of current and future industry trends, using tools like VIN decoding and OE documentation to ensure our platform interprets repair data precisely as intended by vehicle manufacturers.

Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams, you’ll provide the technical support needed to deliver reliable information our customers depend on. Core Responsibilities

ADAS Calibration & Data Management:
  • Refine business logic for ADAS identification to improve calibration accuracy.
  • Perform data review and mapping for vehicles to ensure accurate ADAS calibrations based on repair/mechanical work performed.
  • Conduct system pressure testing to validate internal tooling accuracy and maintain industry-leading standards.
  • Ensure data accuracy through testing, vehicle knowledge, and rigorous data management.
  • Stay updated on TSBs, position statements, and new vehicle technologies, making necessary updates to core databases.
  • Use tools such as VIN decoding, OE documentation, and debugging software to ensure accurate recalibrations and maintain up-to-date tooling software.
Communication & Support:
  • Read, interpret, and document automotive information, including various parts and components.
  • Communicate findings and provide support to team members across product, engineering, customer, and sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships, delivering consistent high value results, and advising our active customer base on ADAS recalibration needs.
Training & Documentation:
  • Participate in internal training sessions and maintain a well-organized product board.

Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills:
  • 3+ years performing ADAS calibrations or 2+ years in the automotive industry with hands-on experience in data management and/or report debugging.
    • Preferred Additional Qualifications: have obtained relevant ASE or I-CAR certification(s), with diagnostic skills in the automotive trade.
  • Experience in automotive data management with a strong background in ADAS, OEM repair documentation, and/or vehicle build data.
  • Working knowledge of OE ADAS documentation, TSBs, and position statements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving data integrity issues.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to ADAS technologies.
Communication & Learning:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Continuous learner with a passion for developing new skills and expanding knowledge in the automotive field.
  • Willingness to update job knowledge through educational opportunities and technical publications.
Adaptability & Problem Solving:
  • Ability to navigate dynamic schedules and strict timelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to read and understand service information, diagnose and verify customer feedback, and effectively communicate findings.

Compensation

  • Total compensation package of $100,000-$120,000. The salary and compensation within this range is based on relevant work experience and qualifications.
