About the role
We are seeking a talented Director of Data Science GTM to lead our data science team and drive the development of our go-to-market strategies. As the Director of Data Science GTM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive go-to-market strategies that leverage data insights to maximize revenue and market share.
What you will do

  • Work closely with leaders across Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations to both deliver insights on performance as well as forecasting models that will inform investment decisions.

  • Develop and implement data-driven go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Lead a team of data scientists and provide guidance on data analysis, modeling, and visualization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key drivers of growth and develop strategies to optimize them.

  • Build predictive models and conduct advanced analyses to uncover insights that drive business decisions.

  • Partner with product management and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches.

  • Develop and manage forecasting models to project revenue and identify areas of opportunity and risk.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and go-to-market strategy, and recommend new approaches to improve our processes and outcomes.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, with a focus on go-to-market strategy and forecasting.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.

  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Mode or Tableau.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, with leadership and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market forecasting models & strategies that drive revenue growth

  • Experience managing a team of both junior and very senior data scientists and leading cross-functional projects.
