About The Role
As a Senior Engineer on the Permissions team at Rippling, you will create and maintain extensible, performant, and reusable components for Rippling's product teams and users.
You will provide guidance and feedback to a central design team that owns the design system. You will also participate in system design for new and existing features, technology selection, and implementation planning.
  • 5+ years experience in backend engineering roles
  • Experience writing testable and performant backend code
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience mentoring less-experienced developers
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that grants you a lot of autonomy to explore creative solutions

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

Tier 1: $168,000 - $237,000/year
Tier 2: $151,000 - $214,000/year
Tier 3: $142,000 - $202,000/year

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
