About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to help us develop Rippling’s secret sauce, its people capabilities by expediting Learning & Growth traditions “the Rippling way”. 

From company-wide onboarding to manager development to hack sessions, this role will steward dynamic learning & growth opportunities for our team. 

You will work closely with our Executive team, HR Business Partners, and key cross-functional partners to build and run rich programming that our team looks forward to each week/month. This is a highly impactful, fast paced role that will help us foster the team who will build Rippling into a generational company! 

What you will do

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver pragmatic learning opportunities that fuel growth, excellence, and efficacy

  • Develop and deploy in-house courses, programs, and resources, across multiple learning modalities

  • Evaluate Rippling’s needs and desired outcomes, propose solutions, and support the consistent development of new learning content

  • Champion overall awareness and engagement for the learning and growth program

  • Analyze metrics to assess effectiveness and opportunities for improvement

What you will need

  • A minimum of 12 years in a program manager role related to learning and development, enablement, or training

  • Advanced ability to conceptualize, design, develop and deliver content and programs from start to finish

  • An expert systems thinker with strong problem solving and project management skills

  • High potential for growth and incredibly organized

  • Ability to produce quality work, to a high standard, in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

  • A passion for creating pragmatic learning experiences and building a world class program around those experiences
