Product Lead, App Building Platform
About the role
Rippling has spent years investing in the building blocks that are used by all business applications: permissions, automated workflows, reporting & data visualization, notifications, and a unified data platform. tools required to build our products. Dozens of Rippling products have leveraged these building blocks, from Rippling Recruiting to Device Management to Spend Management.
Next, we’ll enable our customers and partners to build their own applications on top of the Rippling Unity platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining the vision for how those applications get built, defining the product roadmap for fulfilling that vision, and working together with design and engineering to build the tools that will enable our customers to build applications that leverage our Unity platform and other capabilities.
What You'll Do
Define the strategy and roadmap for our Application Platform.
Work closely with design and engineering to implement and iterate on the roadmap.
Understand the state of the art in tooling systems.
Work closely with the GTM team on pricing and sales strategy.
Work with our implementation and customer experience teams to ensure that our customers have a great experience with the product and to iterate.
5+ years of Product Management experience
Deep alignment with our leadership principles
An understanding of the state-of-the-art application-building tools
Owned successful products from inception through launch and growth
Deep technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
