We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to lead our Partner Platform team into a new era of innovation and growth. As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform and driving its success in enabling our external partners, including brokers, accountants, resellers, and more, to thrive in their businesses.

What You’ll Do
Act as a senior engineer across the Partner Platform group
Upholding a high bar by participating in technical discussions, providing feedback on specs, and making recommendations.
Contributing to the shipment of high-impact products end-to-end with high quality.
Proposing, leading, and rolling out technical initiatives that align the team with industry best practices for code quality, observability, testing. You may find yourself leading a weekly meeting around how to improve the health of our services.
Deploying great technical judgment because this is not your first rodeo.
Taking ambiguous technical problem statements and turning them into an actionable plan, and then executing on it with the team.
Lead the charge in developing and innovating on cross-client data aggregation solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible
Crafting a technical vision for the team
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and excellence.
7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
Experience building customer facing products
You have seen systems operating at significant technical and organizational scale
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in building projects with good abstractions and architecture
Comfortable at developing scalable and extendable core services used in many products
