About Rippling
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.2B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role
Scaling to $1B ARR and beyond means we need to scale a cross sell engine that optimizes growth across multiple product lines, buyer segments and personas across our customer base. That’s where you come in.
As a Product Growth Manager, you’ll own a slice of the business: being accountable as the business unit owner for cross-sell revenue for our Talent product line, establishing the strategy to reach your KPIs, collaborating closely with sales and cross-functional team members to bring the strategy to fruition, and building the programs / campaigns delivering impact. You’ll be the point-person at Rippling for your cross-sell business line. Your initiatives will directly affect LTV and net dollar retention, which have a huge impact on Rippling’s enterprise value.
This role is highly cross-functional. You’ll partner closely with our engineering, revenue operations, analytics, marketing operations, and sales teams to help Rippling win.
This will be a hybrid role in either our NYC or SF office.
What you will do
  • Develop campaign strategy across a variety of channels. Deeply understand our products and customer pain points to conceptualize customer journeys that maximize cross-sell success. You’ll help scale channels and find new opportunities from the data and qualitative signals to optimize our cross-sell machine.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution. You’ll manage our Talent cross-sell programs inclusive of launching, reporting, experimenting, and optimizing campaigns geared towards various audiences. You’ll define audiences and behavioral triggers, project manage copy and creative development, and report on the results.
  • Build and manage relationships. You’ll need to partner closely with our internal teams across brand, analytics, product management, product marketing, sales and more in order to succeed in this role.
  • Proactively share insights across the organization. Ensure cross-functional alignment by proactively keeping everyone in the loop on performance, building alignment, & setting shared priorities.
What you will need
  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven role like consulting, product, investment banking, or bizops.
  • Experience analyzing data to drive business strategy. You’ll need to translate both quantitative data (SQL, Excel) and qualitative observations into actionable insights.
  • Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. You’ll drive initiatives that span marketing, sales, data science, engineering, product, brand, and marketing ops.
  • A hacker’s mentality with structured problem-solving skills. We place a big emphasis on creativity matched with the ability to break down an ambiguous problem into solvable components.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills. You have an eye for good email & ad copy, and know how to get in the heads of our customers.
  • Taking initiative is second nature to you. Without prompting, you’ll dive deep into quantitative and qualitative signals throughout the funnel to find challenges and solutions.
  • Bias to speed. We move very quickly, and will expect you to set a similar pace for your product area.
