About Rippling
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.2B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.
We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.
About the role
Rippling’s Time Products suite provides a set of capabilities that power hourly workforces and provides rich support for customers with complex workforce management needs. The current Time Products suite includes Time Off, Leave Management, and Time and Attendance. Currently, the team is focused on launching a new product to add to the suite: Workforce Scheduling. Workforce Scheduling is a strategic product priority that will unlock the ability to successfully meet the needs of a critical customer segment who require scheduling support for their hourly workforces. Simply put, without nailing this new critical product area, we won't be able to achieve our mid-term growth targets or achieve our strategic imperative of supporting enterprise-grade customers.
As the Product Lead of this area, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the Time Products suite and driving the execution of its roadmap, with an ambitious goal of building a best-in-class workforce management solution that can outcompete any others on the market. You'll help determine which capabilities - ranging across automation, biometrics, kiosks, geofencing, global / statutory rules, mobile, anomaly detection, attendance & adherence, approval policies, forecasting, budgeting, and more - the time products team should invest in and prioritize. You'll make sure that you're multiple steps ahead of market needs, driving an aggressive roadmap that accounts for the ever-growing demands of customers that rely on Rippling for their business processes.
