Account Executive, Global Payroll- Mid Market

The Account Executive, Global role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity -- we’re looking for talented and ambitious Account Executives who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process.
This role will be establishing Rippling as a market leader across EMEA, working closely with sales and cross functional leadership to define and execute the Rippling playbook. This is a fast paced role to develop sales skills and accelerate career growth.
- Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Rippling’s Global capabilities
- Outbound excellence to define and execute on a territory strategy to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR team
- Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
BA/BS Degree
3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication required - Fluent English
Nice to have - additional European Languages - German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Finish etc
