About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.2B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

At Rippling, the growth team is the tip of the spear of revenue generation. Our team’s job is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos. We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels, then rapidly scaling the ones that work.

This role is designed for someone who thrives on innovation, wants to own marketing experiments end-to-end, and enjoys finding fresh ways to engage key audiences. Hamid, a partner at Kleiner Perkins, recently said that “Rippling’s growth is in the 1% of the 1%. At their scale, they are one of the fastest growing companies in the world.” As part of our Core HR product growth team, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of your campaigns, exploring new and creative ways to inflect growth.

You’ll be crafting messaging, designing and executing experiments across channels, and developing targeted approaches that resonate with our key personas. This role demands both quantitative and analytical skills to assess outcomes, along with the flexibility and resourcefulness to iterate on winning ideas. You’ll be managing projects from ideation through execution, tackling challenges with unconventional approaches.

In this hands-on, cross-functional role, you’ll work closely with various teams across go-to-market, marketing ops, paid ads, and analytics to execute experiments and deliver impactful results. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to different aspects of the business, making it ideal for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

If you’re a self-starter who excels at managing complex projects, loves tackling challenges creatively, and thrives in a high-energy environment, we’d love to have you join our team!

What you will do

  • Design and execute cost-effective campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing ROI, leveraging data to ensure each initiative is aligned with budget-conscious goals and developing a deep understanding of our products, buyer pain points, and channel dynamics.
  • You’ll build experimentation roadmaps grounded in sound hypotheses and test & learn. You’ll scale what works.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams to launch integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns that align with broader company objectives. Partner closely with other growth team members to share learnings, brainstorm, and report on results.
  • Improve your campaign efficiency by concepting more resonant messaging, writing marketing copy (e.g., ad, email, newsletters, etc.), testing new creatives, and optimizing processes.

What you will need

  • 1-2+ years of experience doing both quantitative and qualitative work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership mindset: motivated by the idea of owning a number and a budget, and are not afraid to step up to big challenges. You have a growth mindset and readily look for feedback on how to improve.
  • Cross-functional communicator: you communicate proactively and effectively, marshaling internal resources and external partners to keep operations running smoothly
  • Bias to action: You’ll constantly try new growth ideas in this role; you have a bias to action and learning and will do whatever it takes to get your projects over the finish line.
  • Structured, data-driven problem-solving: you are able to analyze and design solutions to ambiguous problems in ambiguous environments. You have the ability to analyze data to uncover insights, in SQL or Excel, in order to optimize performance towards your goals.
  • Inbox 0 mindset: You have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple projects and timelines, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within scope.
  • Hackiness and creativity: You’re constantly generating new ideas and are eager to experiment.
