About the role
We’re looking for a Director of Brand & Integrated Campaigns to lead the strategy, creation, and execution of our tier 1 brand awareness initiatives and seasonal integrated campaigns across our full product suite. This role will oversee a diverse team that develops campaigns targeting HR, IT, founders, and finance leaders, driving cohesive storytelling and breakthrough creative that connects with each audience segment.
As a natural storyteller with exceptional taste and strong creative instincts, you’ll connect the dots across channels, bringing ideas to life that cut through the noise and elevate our brand in the market. You’ll have the systems thinking and organizational prowess to create scalable processes for campaign execution, as well as the channel expertise to activate the right tactics at the right times.
What you will do
- Campaign Leadership: Oversee the development of our most significant brand awareness campaigns and seasonal integrated campaigns that span our product suite, ensuring they are compelling, consistent, and aligned with company goals.
- Content & Storytelling: Bring ideas to life through compelling narratives and high-quality content, ensuring our brand story resonates across diverse audiences and reflects our values.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team that is made up of marketing generalists who each focus on one of our product areas (HR, IT, Spend, etc.)
- Channel Strategy: Guide channel recommendations and activation strategies to maximize reach and impact, collaborating closely with the growth team and ensuring campaigns are adapted to fit each channel’s strengths.
- Systems Thinking: Develop and implement processes that streamline campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking, enabling your team to work efficiently and with high impact.
What you will need
- Experience in Brand Marketing: Proven track record of running impactful brand campaigns for a B2B tech company, with a focus on out-of-the-box messaging and tactics that cut through the noise.
- Storytelling & Writing Skills: Exceptional ability to craft brand stories that are clear, inventive, and resonate across a variety of channels and formats.
- Organizational Skills: Strong systems thinking and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and maintain seamless coordination across teams.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders, clearly articulating campaign strategies and results.
- Channel Knowledge: Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing channels, including the ability to make informed recommendations on which channels to activate based on audience and campaign goals.
