About the role

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Senior Manager of Services and Implementation Partners to build and lead a first-of-its-kind function within Rippling. In this role, you will drive the success of Rippling’s relationships with third-party service providers and partners, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery of our platform to clients.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires both a deep understanding of professional services and the ability to manage complex partner ecosystems. As the Senior Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations—to create and manage a partner ecosystem that will accelerate Rippling’s growth and elevate our client experience.

This is a newly created role that will shape the future of how we collaborate with implementation partners and service providers. You will be a key influencer in establishing Rippling’s partner strategy, onboarding and enabling new partners, and managing relationships to drive customer success and retention.

What you will do

  • Own the business development function for services partners who will scale delivery of Rippling to our rapidly growing customer base
  • Build and manage top services partners, secure necessary resourcing, ensure timelines and quality of delivery expectations are met or exceeded
  • Establish a metrics-driven program, monitor progress and performance, reporting out both to partners and internal stakeholders on the state of the program
  • Escalation management – you will know our and our partners’ processes and teams completely and to quickly resolve issues when they arise
  • Define and implement the future of the Rippling services partner ecosystem
  • Cross functional implementation and management of partnerships – work across Legal, Product, Operations, Marketing and Sales to bring these partnerships to life
  • Market research, competitive analysis and generally be the foremost internal expert on how Rippling works with service partners and where we are going next.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years business development and / or sales for high growth SaaS companies
  • 3+ years working with services delivery partners
  • Experience thinking from first principles, questioning standards and driving change
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the various business models and incentive structures across SaaS and Services

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with the range below based on San Francisco Bay Area.
