About the role
Rippling is one of the fastest-growing startups in the world ($0 → $17B), and we’re just getting started. We’re standing up a brand-new GTM motion for a rapidly growing business line within Rippling’s portfolio, and we’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and scale the demand engine behind its standalone funnel.
In this role, you'll take ownership of paid search—shaping strategy, running experiments, and driving continuous optimization across these high-intent channels. You’ll be responsible for unlocking outsized growth by leveraging the business line’s established brand presence and deep organic demand, and pairing it with a dedicated, conversion-focused funnel designed to scale efficiently.
As the motion scales, your remit will expand to additional demand generation programs that grow pipeline and accelerate revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, SDR, BizOps, and Product to architect a full-funnel engine and shape one of Rippling’s newest and highest-potential GTM motions.
What you will do
- Own and scale paid search end-to-end—campaign buildout, optimization, SEM strategy, experimentation, and performance reporting.
- Execute full-funnel demand generation programs across channels like email, paid social, retargeting, outbound automation, PLG flows, and website experiments.
- Run rapid, data-driven experiments across messaging, creative, landing pages, and new channels to identify repeatable, scalable growth levers.
- Analyze channel and funnel performance, surfacing insights and optimization opportunities to improve demo volume, efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, PMM, Brand, Web, and BizOps to align targeting, messaging, creative, and GTM execution.
- Build and operationalize campaign workflows, ensuring high-quality, timely execution across internal teams and external partners.
What you will need
- 5-8+ years of experience in demand generation within B2B SaaS or a fast-paced tech environment.
- Hands-on expertise in both paid search, including managing Google Ads end-to-end; Bing/SEO experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of how paid and organic search work together and have experience working closely with an SEO team to maximize results.
- Proven ability to run data-driven experiments, analyze performance trends, and turn insights into actionable optimizations.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills—you can quarterback multi-stakeholder campaigns from idea to launch.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous 0 → 1 environment, with a strong bias toward action and iteration.
- Experience with marketing automation, experimentation frameworks, analytics platforms, and performance marketing tools.
- Bonus: experience driving demand across SMB/downmarket audiences, supporting cross-sell or multi-product GTM motions, or executing PLG-style or lifecycle programs.
