About the role
We’re seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to support our growing APAC & LATAM regions. This role will be based in our Sydney office and will play a key part in shaping and executing HR initiatives across the region. Experience working with global teams and growing US tech companies is highly valued.

What you will do
- Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver and execute HR programs, including employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and manager development
- Act as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers cross-functionally across all APAC & LATAM teams, providing guidance and support on HR processes and policies.
- Identify training and development needs, and support the design and delivery of coaching and learning interventions for managers.
- Streamline and automate HR processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and employee experience.
- Maintain and update internal HR documentation on Confluence to promote employee self-service.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across multiple departments to support business objectives and employee success.
- Champion a positive and productive office environment through close collaboration with the workplace team and local site leadership
What you will need
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, with a lot of exposure to employee relations, performance management, and people operations
- Experience coaching employees and managers through complex and sensitive workplace situations.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment law; experience with additional APAC & LATAM jurisdictions is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across levels and cultures.
- Familiarity with modern HR technology tools (HRIS, performance management systems, survey platforms, etc.).
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to prioritise, multitask, and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Evidence of resilience, adaptability, and a solution-oriented approach in a fast scaling organisation
