About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

PEO/HRS is a high-growth product within an even faster-growing company. Our Operations group is the "nerve centre" responsible for bridging the gap between software and customer value through scalable execution, continuous process evolution and cross functional partnerships. We are looking for a versatile builder-operator who can dive into any part of the business, bring clarity to complexity, and move high-stakes initiatives across the finish line.

What you will do

  • Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to translate broad annual objectives into actionable, measurable operating plans and OKRs.
  • Process Engineering: Identify organizational bottlenecks and design the scalable systems—from workflows to product improvements—that ensure we grow without adding linear headcount.
  • Special Projects: Lead complex, high-impact initiatives that don't fit neatly within one pillar at Operations.
  • Change Management: Navigate the organization through structural shifts, tool adoptions, and evolving business models with minimal disruption.
  • Insights & Reporting: Build and own the dashboards that track our operational health, providing executive-level "narratives" on our performance.

What you will need

  • Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 4–6+ years in Management Consulting, Business Strategy, or high-growth Operations roles.
  • Analytical Power: Proficiency with data tools (e.g., SQL, Looker/Tableau) and advanced Excel.
  • Communication: Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and simplify complex technical/operational problems into clear choices.
  • Mindset: A "no task too small" attitude combined with "big picture" strategic thinking.
