Runwise is looking for a Logistics Coordinator who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.

Runwise’s unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage, substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today, Runwise’s technology takes the equivalent of 100,000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year.

THE ROLE

As a Logistics Coordinator at Runwise, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments including Field Operations, Scheduling, Onboarding, and Logistics and with various property management companies. You will be responsible for organizing dispatcher functions from our Scheduler, which includes reaching out proactively to customers, following up on customer scheduling questions, monitoring the field operations schedule, and tracking appointment confirmations. Each customer and each building has unique needs and you will help ensure Runwise delivers on our promise of both savings and excellent field service. You will be responsible for developing the weekly field schedule, coordinating with customers & confirming access. You will also be responsible for bridging the Scheduling and Warehouse teams, communicating with both daily and supporting tasks for both teams. You will work closely with the Warehouse Inventory Lead on picking, packing, scheduling, and building products.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Optimize the schedule based on geography, technician skill sets, and job types
  • Calls customers to set up access for all upcoming jobs
  • Sends email confirmations to customers for upcoming jobs
  • Spearhead new processes that can make scheduling and Warehouse processes more efficient and better equipped
  • Carry materials and tools around the shop for picking, packing, and storage
  • Picking and packing install and service call bags and replenishing tech lead van stock
  • Take calls, schedule technician appointments, obtain confirmations by reaching out directly to customers
  • Build products as needed and evaluate dispatcher data
  • Record customer interactions and boost the number of confirmed appointments

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inventory-related or equivalent experience
  • High School diploma or GED.

Salary (Hourly Rate): $30-$40 (Based on experience)
