About the Role

As our Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in identifying strategies to help retain and enhance our customer relationships, protecting and growing our revenue. Your role will involve consulting with our new and existing customers to ensure they’re driving value from our product, identifying patterns and surfacing them to cross-functional groups like Product and Engineering, and taking on special projects like iterating on our public documentation.

You will work closely with Success, Product, and Engineering leadership to strengthen cross-functional communication and circulation of customer feedback. We welcome candidates who are ready to learn, grow, and make a real difference in our business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding and Implementation Design: Drive the successful onboarding to go-live of newly signed and existing customer base by taking a consultative approach to their implementations and understanding potential blockers and overcoming them.

  • Design & Automate Processes: Contribute to shaping procedures like those in our customer management playbook, focusing on workflows like optimizing our technical onboarding procedures.

  • Top of Funnel Inbound Triage: Manage top of funnel inbound customer questions by providing a first layer of review, recreating bugs when possible and triaging to engineering when applicable, to identify trends in the types of inquiries, questions, and feedback we receive so that intel can be surfaced to Engineering and Product to improve our product and documentation.

  • Risk Identification: Collaborate with Account Managers to surface risks from a technical perspective to help inform health scoring and and drive overall customer satisfaction.

  • Manage Customer Feature Requests: Alongside Account Managers and Support team, report customer feature requests in Linear and participate in backlog grooming to report on themes and customer blockers.

  • Support Upsell Motion: Act as technical resource in upsell conversations to help Account Managers close deals by completing product requirement reviews, facilitating demos, and taking a consultative approach to ensure upsell opportunities are qualified.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit & Ownership: You have a proactive approach, with the capacity to take charge and treat the business as your own. You are ready to define and shape this function, bringing your innovative ideas and unique strategies to the table.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer for a technical SaaS product or API platform product, fintech experience is a plus.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to speak about highly technical concepts to a technical audience.

  • BS or coursework in computer science or similar technology is a plus.

  • You have the ability to identify patterns, draw conclusions, and act on them with experience leading projects.

  • You thrive both when working autonomously and collaborating within a team.

Where We Are

We have an office in Manhattan and are only considering candidates local to NYC.

Compensation

  • The total compensation for this role is $150,000 - $175,000.

  • Our actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to you, including your skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
