About the Role

As our Founding RevOps Analyst, you will be instrumental in partnering with GTM leaders to scale our GTM team from strategy through execution. Our current teams are Marketing (SDRs + Demand Gen), Sales, Solutions (Sales Eng + Solution Architects), and Account Management.

You will define, prioritize, and own business transformation initiatives end to end. Examples include target account scoring, enhancing our partnerships playbook, and establishing conversion reporting across the company journey.

The role is based in our NY Manhattan office, and you will report directly to the VP of Revenue and Operations. The Rutter leadership team has built companies from $1M ARR to IPO and is looking to build again from the ground up.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy:

    • Target customer: Refine GTM strategy by market sizing and building account scoring models to prioritize and streamline GTM efforts

    • Project prioritization & execution: Partner with GTM leadership to prioritize and define business transformation projects. You will lead or assist in project execution.

  • Operations:

    • People/Enablement: Create internal and external enablement materials

    • Process: Define and iterate on our Customer Engagement Process that has roles and responsibilities by internal team and customer-verified outcomes

    • Tooling: Oversee our GTM tool stack (SFDC, Hubspot, Gong, Sales Nav, Seamless, Clay.run, etc.)

    • Data/Insights: Build, refine, and automate GTM reporting (quarterly, monthly, weekly) and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree and/or ability to script/program (for process automation and analytics) (required)

  • 1-2 years in consulting or investment banking (required)

  • 1-2 years in B2B SaaS (preferred)

  • 2-4 years total working experience (required)

Location

  • We have an office in Manhattan and are only considering candidates local to NYC.

  • We have a hybrid office culture, and team members are expected to be in the office 3-4 days a week.

Compensation

  • The total compensation for this role is $120,000 - $160,000.

  • Our actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to you, including your skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
