UI/UX Designer
We are seeking a talented UlUX Designer to join our team. As a UlUX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our development team and product managers to create designs that meet the needs of our users and help achieve our business objectives.
What Your Day to Day Will Look Like
Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours.
Develop user personas and user journeys to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Must Haves
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and InVision.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
