Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the Business Development team and assist the Chief Business Officer of Safepay in onboarding new customers, retaining existing customers and helping them grow. We are looking for someone who is persistent, motivated and has strong communication skills. As a part of the Business Development team, you will be key to Safepay’s growth. You need to be a talented salesperson, capable of engaging with different types of businesses across Pakistan varying in size and domain. You will have to represent Safepay and interact with different stakeholders in the businesses we onboard.
You Will:
Identify potential customers for Safepay and create outbound sales strategies
Articulate Safepay’s value proposition and develop a deep understanding of its products and their use to a customer
Own the sales cycle from lead to close for businesses being onboarded by Safepay.
Assist with post-sale engagement, retention and growth of customers- essential to customer success
Educate the customer on Safepay’s products and services.
Share customer feedback with the Safepay product team and advocate for a positive user experience for the customer
We’re looking for someone who has:
As interest in tech and business
Experience using a CRM tool
Communication skills: Ability to communicate well in both English and Urdu, good listening skills, and be able to represent the company in a positive, respectful manner to customers.
Willingness to learn: Show commitment to continuously acquiring new knowledge, which is key to working at a tech company. You will have to become well versed in Safepay’s products in order to pitch them to customers and answer their questions.
Organization skills: Show attention to detail, meet deadlines and stay organised.
Enthusiasm: Can-do attitude, tenacity and a positive outlook.
