Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer support specialist to join our team. You will interact with current and potential Safepay users. If you are eager to learn, have good writing and communication skills, and want to work at a tech startup we want to hear from you. Safepay is working to solve payment problems for businesses across Pakistan of various sizes. The people you will interact with will be business owners, developers, finance teams and product managers. You will get insights into how different businesses are operating.
Support Safepay users over email, intercom, discord and messenger apps helping resolve their issues and providing an excellent customer support experience
Get familiar with Safepay documentation so you can support Safepay customers
Be a champion for Safepay users across the company so we improve our products
Have an opportunity to learn how Safepay operates
We’re looking for someone who:
Has good communication skills and enjoys writing and can write clearly and quickly
Willing to learn how to use the different platforms we use as a company
Has an interest in tech and will be willing to learn how Safepay works so they can explain this to a variety of people.
Is interested in delighting our customers and has empathy for the problems they are facing
Is willing to learn and become well-versed in Safepay’s products
Willing to do research when required
