The Role

This position is responsible for customer management and administration activities in the assigned district to ensure our customer service expectations and the Region’s objectives are achieved. The position covers the NYC Metro area.

  • Establish and maintain effective customer and distributor relationships.
  • Expand sales opportunities within the district by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new accounts, to comply with and increase sales goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day contact and resolve customer issues by addressing potential problems and suggesting solutions to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing and volume with assigned customers to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide input in the development of sales plans.
  • Identify opportunities and corrections by tracking product performance of each route in the district.
