We are on the lookout for an Account Executive who shares our passion for data and technology. Reporting to the CEO, this role is not just about sales; it’s about forging lasting partnerships and bringing transformative data solutions to businesses of all sizes. To succeed in this role you are someone who is product-minded, scrappy, and comfortable building your pipeline and acquiring net-new business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and exceed on strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives

  • Own the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities

  • Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify opportunities for Secoda to expand Secoda’s revenue

  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in data management and AI to provide insightful solutions.

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts while tailoring Secoda’s offerings to fit each customer's specific data environment.

  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process and help shape the Secoda sales culture

  • Represent Secoda at industry events and conferences

Who You Are:

  • A solution-based approach to selling and the ability to manage a complex sales process

  • Robust understanding of data management solutions and AI applications.

  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota by effectively qualifying and advancing opportunities, ideally from a start-up environment

  • Highly communicative, collaborative, and committed to improving the team and others around you

  • A demonstrated history of net-new prospecting and pipeline generation, both personally and in collaboration with Partnerships and Marketing partners

Hybrid Office Policy (Tuesdays, Thursdays + every other Friday)

We have a beautiful office in Liberty Village (109 Atlantic Ave) and work in a Hybrid schedule with Tuesdays, Thursdays and every other Friday as our in-office days. We provide lunch for our team every other Friday.

We believe time together in person is valuable and important. We host ample social opportunities and encourage employees to attend team off-sites and events (happy hours and game nights) as well as a yearly 4-day retreat.
