🙏 About the role
Role can lead up to a Chief of Staff, (Eng) path; mix of PM, Operations, 0->1 engineering.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will help deliver premium products to our clients, who use our product to hit revenue goals (AKA stay in business). This can include setting up custom automations, coming up with new spec ideas to add to the product, testing new 0->1 experiments, and sprinting on deployments.
You will always be focused on the #1 engineering + customer support bottleneck at the company and will work directly with the CEO.
📝 Application Process
This application process will measure 1) delivering a full-stack solution end to end 2) client management / problem-identification 3) will to break barriers to achieve client outcomes.
Problem identification (45 minutes, CEO) — On site case of identifying a problem.
Wizard of Oz Sprint (1 hour, CEO) — same day delivering of solution
Take home (next morning, 9 AM, CEO) — implementation of complex problem
Technical Interview (1.5 hours, CTO) — technical interview across the stack with our CTO
Culture Interview (0.5 hours, CTO) — You’ll meet the team and we’ll chat! We want to make sure there’s clear alignment in what you’re looking for in your next role and what we can offer.

Strong engineering foundation (knowledge of full stack, setting up systems, and more)
An eye for how to solve problems in the application layer with AI
