BizOps Intern (Fall 2024)

Responsibilities

• Be a power user of the product and identify key gaps for the product team

• Write specs / problem docs that will be relayed to the eng team

• Help achieve customer sales goals, even if required in unscalable ways

• Drive hacky growth initiatives (putting up events, running articles, using SellScale, and more)

4) FUTURE CAREER - we will dedicate the last weekend for in-depth prep on what you're looking for next. I will personally coach you, whether it be consulting (prev: McKinsey), a public tech co (prev: Salesforce/Slack), or a unicorn (prev: Athelas).

5) PAY/BENEFITS - we have various team events throughout the semester.

Preferred experience

NOTE: Learning, enthusiasm, fast moving >>> experience/prestige.

• Any entrepreneurial project you’ve done yourself (newsletter, small business, etc.)

• Previous knowledge in sales, bizops, growth

• Interest in AI / tech/ VC / startups

NOTE: Targeting Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors.

This is an in-person role 2-3 days a week in the office (SF, Union Square), expected ~8 hours. This is a hard requirement.
