SellScale is an Agentic AI company. We are building Selix, the first agentic revenue org. Customers use us to run their entire outbound - and we are only expanding further into the revenue org.

In 10 years, we believe the most efficient orgs will rely on a collaborative, agentic AI to grow their businesses.

Right now, we are in a massive AI gold rush. The agents we’re building leverage PhD-level thinking paired with state-of-the-art GTM tools (prospecting, web intent, sequencing, etc) - to fundamentally change how companies approach their growth.

Role

We’re growing - and we’re expanding the eng firepower here. We are looking for a Founding Full Stack AI Engineer. Extensive prev AI experience is not required - but it is a bonus. Interest in AI, solid CS fundamentals, and full-stack capabilities are a must.

Reasons to not apply…

🙅 You are looking for “senior leadership”. Everyone on SellScale is an IC with a flat org structure. If there are fires, you will be putting them out and figuring out how to solve them.

🙅 You’re looking for a remote role. We all work 5 days in office building the future.

🙅 Fires / deadlines. As a startup, we will have to balance deep work time with customer deadlines and fires that come up.

🙅 You’re looking for larger companies. This is a founding team - even if Series A, it’s too early.

Application Process

At SellScale, we are looking for hackers & builders who can comfortably work across the stack, find creative solutions to complex problems, and build simple and elegant products for our clients. Here are the three steps to the application process:

1. Intro call - get to know Selix & the SellScale team.

2. Technical — Build a full stack app, then pair-program on it live.

3. Product & pace — Walk through the non-tech side of SellScale - filled with prototyping, WOZing, prompting, and more.
