Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will champion our Field Sales Reps at Siro. If you love crafting exciting experiences on iOS, Android, and web in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you. You’ll be working on features that are key business drivers for Siro success (audio recording, messaging, AI-based coach, and more), all while crafting an experience for our users that feels effortless.

You will be the second designer at Siro, so your contributions will have an enormous and long-lasting impact. We are leveraging AI to proactively provide sales reps with feedback, and your contributions will be essential to fulfilling that vision.

You Will

• Solve ambiguous problems from defining opportunities to shipping features

• Connect with our our users and potential users through research

• Deliver visually stunning and intuitive interfaces for mobile and web

• Combine research, data science, and intuition to inform your decisions

• Collaborate closely with customers and our design, engineering, and sales teams

• Contribute to our design system, particularly for mobile

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional product design experience

• An excellent online portfolio demonstrating your strong design craft for mobile and web

• A track record of taking innovative designs to launch

• Thrive in close-knit teams, collaborative environments, and nimble startups

• Interest and proficiency in working directly with customers

• Strong communication skills that bring others along with your thinking

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience at a Series B or earlier startup

• Experience in consumer-facing products

Compensation

• $110k-$170k + substantial equity
