The Role

The Revenue Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue generation processes and driving organizational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success functions to maximize revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS operations, extensive experience with HubSpot CRM, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time hybrid role in New York City.

You Will

  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of processes, systems, and data. Drive alignment between sales and marketing initiatives to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

  • CRM Management: Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, overseeing system configuration, customization, and maintenance. Implement best practices for data management, reporting, and analytics to support informed decision-making across the organization.

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize revenue generation processes, from lead acquisition to customer retention. Implement standardized workflows, automation, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to provide accurate revenue projections and insights to senior leadership. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across sales, marketing, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment around revenue goals and objectives. Act as a liaison between different teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to uncover actionable insights and trends. Translate data findings into strategic recommendations and initiatives to drive revenue optimization and business growth.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of professional experience

  • 2+ years of direct and analytical revops experience for a sales-led B2B SaaS business

  • Expertise in implementing new systems, or refactoring old systems

  • Experience with tooling to supporting high volume outbound calling and account based marketing

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM

  • Excellent in Google Sheets

Nice To Have

  • SQL or Tableau or experience with equivalent analytics tools

  • Experience finding leads for non-traditional industries

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $160,000 base salary + equity depending on experience and skills
