- You have fluency in both English and Hindi.
- Daily standup meetings in the morning with the team, providing feedback.
- Provide support to customers, handle escalations, and resolve queries.
- Uplevel our customer success motion.
- Re-evaluate all existing processes and, with your creativity and expertise, take support to new heights.
- Build, own, and execute customer success and engagement plans.
- Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap.
- Lead a team of customer support executives and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer relationships and boost customer referrals.
