Role

This is not a typical Customer Support Lead role. At Swipe, we prioritize our users, and you could be the ideal candidate if:

  • You have fluency in both English and Hindi.

What You Will Do

  • Daily standup meetings in the morning with the team, providing feedback.
  • Provide support to customers, handle escalations, and resolve queries.
  • Uplevel our customer success motion.
  • Re-evaluate all existing processes and, with your creativity and expertise, take support to new heights.
  • Build, own, and execute customer success and engagement plans.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap.
  • Lead a team of customer support executives and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer relationships and boost customer referrals.
