The role
We’re hiring a Growth Lead to take ownership of building and scaling new go-to-market (GTM) motions that drive both supply (office spaces) and demand (tenants) in San Francisco.
This is a strategic role focused on identifying and testing new acquisition channels, designing repeatable playbooks, and executing boots-on-the-ground initiatives to fuel Tandem’s marketplace growth.
You’ll work closely with one of Tandem’s founders to unlock new opportunities and help expand Tandem’s presence in SF and beyond.

You will…
- Own growth initiatives: Identify, test, and scale new GTM motions to acquire supply (commercial real estate owners, operators, brokers) and demand (teams seeking office space).
- Develop market-entry playbooks: Build repeatable, scalable strategies to onboard office spaces and match growing teams to their perfect spaces.
- Drive supply acquisition:
- Build and execute strategies to bring office spaces (hosts) onto Tandem’s marketplace.
- Cultivate relationships with brokers, owners, and operators to establish Tandem as their go-to platform.
- Activate demand: Partner with founders, startup communities, and enterprise teams to drive tours, transactions, and tenant acquisition.
- Experiment relentlessly: Pilot new channels, partnerships, and campaigns, using data and feedback to refine your approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver insights and improve Tandem’s platform, customer experience, and marketplace dynamics.

- Open-minded experimenter - you may get slapped in the face a few times trying wacky things… we will expect you to get right back up and do it again!
This is a full-time in-person role requiring significant travel around the City of San Francisco.
Preferred qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an operations / sales / consulting role
- Prior experience in a client-facing / customer-facing role (e.g., consulting, sales)
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup
- Excellent verbal & written communicator
