Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming components (electrical, electronic, and mechanical materials) and finished products;

Use measurement instruments such as calipers, multimeters, micrometers, and other equipment to ensure technical accuracy of inspected items;
- •
Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and established acceptance criteria;
- •
Record and document identified nonconformities, issuing reports and supporting corrective action plans;
- •
Support the Quality, Engineering, and Production teams in failure analysis and in proposing process improvements;
- •
Conduct sampling and spot inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure quality consistency (SPC);
- •
Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, test results, and material and product compliance status;
- •
Participate in quality review meetings and provide technical feedback to update standards, control plans, and work instructions;
- •
Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement and reduction of supply and assembly failures.
