Create high-quality product launch and feature content end-to-end, including scripting (launch videos, guided demos, and feature explanations), capturing product screens and building realistic demos, producing voiceovers, editing videos, and developing visual assets that clearly showcase functionality and value. Adapt launches into multiple formats - such as video, written content, FAQs, internal announcements, and training materials - while supporting Customer Enablement teams when needed.

Publish and maintain enablement assets across the appropriate channels, ensuring consistency in naming, versioning, and distribution.

Create complementary materials such as one-pagers, FAQs, quick guides, walkthroughs, GIFs, lightweight decks, and internal reference content.

Support internal communication around new feature launches, helping customer-facing teams understand feature value, ideal use cases, and main workflows.
- •
Collect feedback on asset consumption, clarity, and effectiveness to improve future launch enablement efforts.
- •
Manage a backlog of enablement assets by launch priority, impact, and release timing.
- •
Define and maintain quality standards for demos, screenshots, scripts, videos, and other feature-related materials.

Help build and maintain a reusable repository of enablement materials organized by product and feature.
- •
Measure the consumption and effectiveness of enablement assets to identify what drives understanding and adoption.
- •
Identify recurring knowledge gaps and suggest improvements to how product changes are communicated across the organization.
- •
Use tools such as Intercom and Arcade to set up in-product tours and guided product experiences that support feature adoption.
