Jack & Transfez - Growth Manager

We embarked on our journey in 2020 with the Transfez app, aiming to simplify cross-border transfers that were previously limited to banks and legacy players. However, as we progressed and gained insights from our valued clients, particularly businesses, we realized that there were additional pain points they encountered beyond cross-border transfers. By actively listening and interacting with them, we developed a solution: Transfez for Business.

Jack replaces the Transfez for Business platform. As Jack will be the new face of the company brand, the Transfez consumer app will continue to be a vital part of our family as part of the Jack ecosystem.

Jack, as an all-in-one financial platform, integrating Corporate Card, International & Local Transfer, Bill Payment, Payroll, and Reimbursement for complete financial solutions, aimed to empower businesses from all sizes including startups, SMEs, and established enterprises.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by doing independent data extraction and analysis together with Data team
  • Proactively gather consumer insights through surveys, together with Product and Marketing team
  • Lead and manage growth experiments to test new ideas and strategies particularly in the acquisition & activation funnels
  • Execute growth strategies hands-on and take ownership of planning and implementation to ensure successful outcomes
  • Optimize existing Growth Loops (e.g Referral, etc) to sustainably grow Transfez’ user base
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to align growth efforts with overall business goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion rates
  • Manage team OKR and ensure its achievement through excellent planning and executions within deadlines
  • Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team based on data-driven insights
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in a growth, acquisition, or digital marketing role, preferably within a high-growth company/startup
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in growth and marketing tools such as Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Metabase and marketing automation platforms such as MoEngage
  • Proficient in using SQL to extract data from databases for analysis purposes (PostgreSQL, BigQuery etc)
  • Experience with running proper A/B testing and statistical tests
  • Expertise in using Python will be a plus point
  • Experience in running and optimizing PPC, SEO, and content marketing campaigns will be a plus point

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
