The company was founded in 2022 by two Wharton MBAs and 2nd and 3rd time founders. Our CEO is a software engineer with +15 years experience in programming and developing technological products. We’re backed by prominent American, European and local Investment Funds as well as strategic angel investors. Our highly talented team comes from different industries and expertises, having worked in companies such as VTEX, Adyen, Nubank, Arquivei, Cortex, Wework, Vanguard, Avenue, Modal and many others.

🗒️ Main activities

Lead Customer Success process at Trinio
Be the focal point to deliver excellence in Customer Success & retention
Handle weekly meetings with all current clients
Monitor Product performance & be “the voice of the customer” internally
Work together with Product & Tech teams on a daily basis
Develop new business opportunities: Introduce Trinio to potential new customers & explore new partnerships
Suggest better ways to do things

Experience and skill-set

Generalist profile
Ecommerce expertise (at least 2/3 years working in the space)
Experience in CX and/or Sales in Tech B2B Saas companies
At least 2/3 years of experience in managing business relationships with mid/large accounts
Proactive, Extrovert and easy-going person
Interested in developing skills and knowledge in Business Development

💡You'll be ahead of other candidates if you (either/or):

Already have experience with E-commerce & Omnichannel
Have experience in Business Development for Tech companies
Have a Farmer/Hunter mixed experience
Have current relationship/networking with E-commerce potential clients
Like to work in a versatile, agile & friendly environment
Worked or like to work at a fast-paced startup or scale-up
