The Role
As Growth Automation Manager, you’ll lead our efforts to build and execute automated growth campaigns, with a focus on email marketing and workflow automation. You'll leverage tools such as HubSpot, Clay, rb2b, and Smartlead to streamline marketing processes, optimize campaigns, and accelerate customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Buy & Manage Contacts: Use Clay to identify and purchase high-quality contact lists and automate workflows to integrate these contacts into targeted campaigns seamlessly.
- Build Marketing Automations: Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows across tools like HubSpot, Clay, and RB2B to drive user engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions.
- Optimize Email Marketing: Develop email sequences, including drip campaigns and reminders, tailored to each stage of the customer journey.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Create precise user segments based on behavior, demographics, and funnel stages to drive personalized engagement.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct regular tests on subject lines, CTAs, content, and timing to optimize email performance.
- Analyze and Report Performance: Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of automation and campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- GTM Tool Management: Ensure seamless integration and optimal usage of platforms like HubSpot, Smartlead, and other GTM tools to maximize automation efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales to align automation strategies with business goals and user acquisition objectives.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, growth marketing, or a related role in B2B SaaS.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, with experience designing workflows and automating marketing tasks.
- Familiarity with Clay, RB2B, and email automation tools like Smartlead or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to execute and iterate on A/B tests and data-driven experiments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using SQL or spreadsheets to analyze campaign performance.
- Ability to translate complex marketing objectives into automated solutions across multiple tools and channels.
- Experience managing data integrity and ensuring high-quality CRM usage.
