Vapi is scaling rapidly toward $100M+ ARR, with enterprise customers deploying mission‑critical voice agents that operate at massive scale. As deal sizes and technical complexity increase, enterprise success depends on fast, reliable, and repeatable delivery.
We’re hiring a Head of Enterprise Delivery to own the post‑sales journey end‑to‑end, from deal close through production deployment, renewal, and expansion. This role is accountable for time‑to‑value, enterprise delivery quality, and long‑term customer success. You will build and lead the function that ensures enterprise customers get to production quickly, confidently, and at scale.
What You’ll Do:

30 Day:
Develop a deep understanding of every active enterprise customer, including deployment status, architecture, and health.
Audit current time‑to‑production metrics and identify major bottlenecks.
Build strong working relationships with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership.
Assess current engagement models across Deployment Strategy, Agent Architects, Agent Engineering, and FDE.

60 Day:
Define clear ownership and engagement models across post‑sales teams.
Identify and execute quick wins to accelerate in‑flight enterprise deployments.
Establish customer health reporting, delivery metrics, and executive‑level visibility.
Begin standardizing architecture patterns for common enterprise use cases.

90 Day:
Implement initial enterprise delivery playbooks focused on reducing time‑to‑value.
Launch customer health scoring and early‑warning systems.
Define pilot‑to‑production conversion standards.
Create a tight feedback loop between enterprise customers and Product.
Who You Are:
You’ve built and led customer engineering, solutions, or post‑sales teams at a technical B2B company.
You have deep technical credibility and can go hands‑on with architecture, integrations, and complex system design.
You’ve operated at enterprise scale and understand what it takes to deliver production‑grade systems.
You think commercially, with a strong track record of driving retention and expansion (NRR 120%+).
You’re an experienced people leader who can hire, develop, and scale high‑performing teams.
Bonus: Experience with voice, conversational AI, telephony, real‑time systems, or FDE‑style engagement models.
