About this Role:

Wander is a growing fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time procurement and reporting specialist to supply and maintain our smart home properties throughout the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company that will take you to some of the most beautiful locations in the US. Requirements:

• 2+ years of procurement experience

• 2+ years of reporting experience

• Experience working with multiple vendors domestic & international

• Experience with accounts payable, reporting, and tracking expenses against budget

• Strong work ethic 

• Passion for building

• Interested in long term employment and career growth at a high growth tight-knit company

Job tasks include but are not limited to:

• Ordering furniture & supplies to a new property that’s coming online

• Working hand in hand with others on the Wander ops team to ensure everything arrives on time and is within budget

• Managing inventory for each property, re-ordering necessities when needed.

• Reviewing expenses and reconciling against budgets

• Preparing reporting files for each property and collaborating with property management to ensure accuracy
