About the role:

Senior Brand Designer

✅Salary: $150-170K | 120k / 0.1% / 120k Equity package with 4 year vest

We are hiring brand designers responsible for creating incredible, high-quality designs that will elevate our brand. You will have the opportunity to create world class visuals only limited by your creativity and capabilities - we will provide any resources necessary.

The role is broad in scope and requires the ability to switch contexts without losing sight of the most important objectives.

Who you are:

• You have at least 4 years of design experience.

• You have extensive knowledge of Figma and Photoshop and are highly proficient in using them both.

• You are obsessed with consistency and are a perfectionist.

• You are proactive in finding new tasks and challenges to tackle, always seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.

• You have capability to create stunning animations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain our digital identity - when people see the Whop logo, and colors they will instantly know it’s Whop. You will enable our brand visuals to speak volumes a great example of this is Stripe.

• Ensure our social channels are consistent and follow the same graphic types, color schemes, and logos.

• Assist marketing and sales teams with deck templates to use as a starting point for any pitch decks we create.

• Create custom icons for us within our product that are extremely high quality.

• Create social graphic templates for different post types.

• Oversee our blogs and the image content we host to make sure it meets our brand guidelines.

• Create our own color pallet that we use across the entire product.

• Constantly run through our product, socials, emails, and even office to tell us where we lack brand consistency and work with our product team to make improvements.

• Manage our merch to ensure incredible high quality and brand consistency.
