Key responsibilities include:

Who you are

You have experience working in FP&A or corporate finance at a fast-growing company and have worked as part of a team that has led budgeting processes, management reporting, and other ad hoc strategic finance projects. You have experience with technology-enabled business models and how they translate into accounting concepts and other implications for tax and compliance.

You understand what “best-in-class” for an FP&A function looks like, and have the ambition to execute toward that. You understand how to lead budgeting and financial forecasting processes, working independently with various senior stakeholders at the company and asking the right questions to build both a detailed company budget and high level long-range plan.

You are intellectually curious and eager to work alongside other business leaders to drive strategic decisioning as the finance counterpart. You have extraordinary attention to detail, the capacity to work under ambiguity, and the ability to execute with strong judgment. You are a clear and excellent communicator, both verbal and written. You can easily translate technical financial concepts into layman's terms for a broader audience. You pride yourself on being a swiss army knife.

You are someone who wants to join a startup that is helping entrepreneurs grow and thrive. The company is growing 10x YoY and you’re someone who can move with urgency, take initiative, and do whatever it takes to win.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Extreme attention to detail with an innate drive to solve problems creatively
  • Highly motivated self-starter attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Start-up and high-growth company experience is a plus but not required
