About the role

Operations Associate

✅ Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

❤️ Unlimited PTO, Health, Vision, and Dental coverage

📍 Brooklyn, NY You’ll be working in our beautiful office building in front of Domino park, facing the East river.

🥙 Daily $20 lunch, $25 dinner Uber credits

You will report directly to the People Ops Generalist

What does the role look like?

You will play a large role in supporting the daily operations of the company, owning projects from start to finish. The Operations Associate will report directly to the People Ops Generalist and will interface with employees and stakeholders across the company on a regular basis.

  • Onboarding and offboarding new hires, contractors, advisors and partners from all platforms (i.e. Slack, Gmail, Notion, department-specific platforms, etc)
  • Designing and implementing processes and systems for highly repeatable tasks
  • Organizing and managing the company’s knowledge base
  • End to end processing of NDAs, contractor agreements, and other important form documents, as well visa applications, employee housing and travel
  • Help build and improve the team experience and culture through engagement initiatives and optimized processes
  • Design and execute all-company events such as All Hands, company and departmental off-sites, etc

  • Able to anticipate, identify, and solve budding issues before they become bigger problems
  • Extremely responsive, consistent, organized, and reliable, while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Proactive with a sense of urgency in communication with key stakeholders
  • Resourceful and able to figure things out and/or make high conviction decisions with little to no context
  • Eager to help with a good attitude no matter the situation or task
  • Highly accountable and willing // able to make things happen without making excuses or giving up
  • Persistent and resilient, coming up with creative solutions when faced with problems

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in person M - F from the Brooklyn office.
  • A sense of urgency in juggling multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interfacing with all types of people
  • Ability to work outside of typical business hours as needed
  • 1-2+ years experience in HR, Administrative, or Executive coordination — bonus if experience using various HR // provisioning tools such as Deel, JumpCloud, Lattice, etc.
