About the team + role
The TradePMR team at Robinhood empowers financial professionals with innovative technology and unparalleled support tailored to the unique needs of the RIA community. We are a custodial services and technology provider offering a robust platform including portfolio management, digital account opening, and advanced trading tools to help advisors streamline operations and grow their practices.
The Client Relationship Associate at Robinhood Markets Inc. delivers top-tier support to advisors, collaborating with internal teams to provide a seamless, white-glove service. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with expertise in finance, focused on offering a consultative experience

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for large, sophisticated firms, offering exceptional service and collaborating with team members to support other firms.
- Educate Advisors on platform improvements and efficient business practices.
- Resolve complex service, technology, and operational issues, working closely with internal teams and vendors for timely solutions.
- Proactively address potential issues to ensure advisor satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
- Record all interactions in CRM to track advisor engagements.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends to provide outstanding service.
- Centralize communication and feedback to improve services, processes, and platform features.
- Attend and represent Robinhood at conferences and client meetings, both in-person and virtually.
- Travel for strategic advisor meetings as needed.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Robinhood features and products.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to research and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 15%)
- Broad operational and industry knowledge
- Customer service and industry experience
- Technical support experience
- Preferred experience with HubSpot
- Series 7 or other industry licenses preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
